If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Simply go to the log in section and follow the instructions.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER?
Signing up to our newsletter couldn't be easier. Simply go to our home page and there is a tab which says 'subscribe to mailing list' put your email address in the tab, and enjoy a frequent newsletter with promotions and great discounts.
HOW DO I SEARCH FOR ITEM/S?
There are a few ways you can search for a product on our site. The easiest and most fun way is to browse your ways through the categories, so for example, you may click on tops and then this will bring up our whole range of tops, from there you can then refine your search even further to specific colors, price and size. This way you might even spot other similar items which catch your attention as you browse.
Alternatively you can simply type what you are looking for into the search bar which will eliminate any other products!
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
To check if your item has been shipped yet, simply log in to your account and you can check your order status. If your order has been shipped then you will have received an email stating this. Every order that leaves our warehouse automatically sends an email to the purchaser letting them know their order has been shipped.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?
We understand how frustrating it can be when you see an item that you love, go back the following day to purchase it and it is no longer available.
Because we like to keep our stock fresh and up to date with trends this occurrence may happen from time to time. We suggest that if you like an item you be quick to purchase it, instead of losing out. If you would like a similar item you can always type the product into the search bar and see what products come close.
In some cases it may be that we are simply waiting for the product to arrive back in stock.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We may be able to cancel your order but we can only do this by email and if it hasn't left our warehouse. You need to email us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
WHY HAS MY CARD BEEN DECLINED?
If you are having problems with you order, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. If it continues to decline, please contact your bank.
CAN I CLAIM VAT BACK ON MY PURCHASE?
You can only claim back VAT on Internet purchases if your items are for business purposes.
WAS I CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ORDER?
Your card is only charged once for the amount of the items you purchased, when those items are shipped. When an order is placed, we pre-authorize the card to ensure that sufficient funds are available, and to verify account authenticity. The authorization will “drop-off” typically within 3-7 days, depending on your bank.
WHEN DOES MY CARD GET CHARGED?
We pre-authorize your card at the time the order is placed. We do not charge your card until your order ships.
WHY DID YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
On the rare occasion that the item you ordered is out of stock or damaged, we will cancel your order. We assure you that this is not a common occurrence. Your order may also be canceled due to fraud prevention measures. In either case, you will be notified by us.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT OFFER ON MY ORDER?
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
